Rangers are planning to make a move for ex-Derby County winger Tom Lawrence, according to the Glasgow Evening Times journalist Chris Jack.
After sealing the signature of PAOK striker Antonio Colak, Jack claims that manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s next target is the Welsh international:

While a few are not that enthusiastic about signing Lawrence, the majority of fans on Twitter are excited by the prospect of the 28-year-old making the switch to Ibrox:
Should 100% get him would be a great signing

Lawrence is currently a free agent after leaving Derby at the end of last month, but there is expected to be a lot of competition for the winger’s services.
Jack mentions Sheffield United as the Bear’s main rivals for Lawrence but the likes of Celtic, West Brom, Watford, Southampton, Leeds, Fulham, Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth have also been mentioned as potential destinations over the past few weeks.
We shall see if the Gers can beat the competition and agree a deal with the Welshman in the coming days.
