TalkSPORT pundit Jamie O’Hara has been singing the praises of Rangers winger Ryan Kent.

The 25-year-old returned to the starting lineup for the 2-2 draw against PSV Eindhoven last night and O’Hara was keen to say how highly he rates the player; so much so that he feels he would be a good addition for his former team Tottenham:

“I don’t want to pull him away from Rangers but I really like him, what a player he is. I would have him at Spurs. He should be in the Premier League, he is a top player.”

Kent’s contract with the Bears expires at the end of the season, and there have been no suggestions that he will sign an extension with the Scottish club.

A move back down south before the transfer window closes is still a possibility but fans will be holding out some hope that he will put pen to paper on a new deal in the coming days and weeks.

Contract extensions have been announced for the likes of Connor Goldson and James Tavernier in recent weeks with little prior warning so there is a chance that something similar could happen with Kent.
