West Ham Become The Fourth Team To Enter Race For £6m Rated Rangers Stalwart

West Ham are the latest club to take an interest in Rangers centre-back Connor Goldson, according to reports in the English media.

Leeds, West Brom and Fulham have all reportedly been keeping tabs on the 27-year-old but the Hammers are the first club from the Premier League to enter the race for the experienced defender.

It is claimed that the Light Blues value Goldson at around £6m; double the amount they paid Brighton for the player eighteen months ago, but that still seems a very low figure considering his importance to the team.

Goldson has made 37 appearances in all competitions this season already and he has played in every single minute of Rangers’ 20 league games as they look to mount a serious title challenge.

Manager Steven Gerrard is unlikely to want to part with the Englishman who could play a crucial role in helping the Gers win league title number 55.
