Fulham, Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace are all competing to sign Rangers attacking midfielder Joe Aribo, according to reports in Nigeria.
The 25-year-old has a year remaining on his contract but talks over a new deal are believed to have stalled, and the Light Blues are likely to offload him if a decent offer is made this summer. Fans on Twitter have been debating the asking price that the Gers should set for Aribo:
His contract devalues him massively. We’ll be lucky to get 10 million, but worth double.

It does look as though some supporters are forgetting that Aribo can sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club in just six months’ time.
If Palace do step up with their interest, though, Rangers could use Odsonne Edouard’s fee as a barometer for their valuation. The Frenchman also had one year left on his contract when the Eagles signed him for £14m last summer, That is probably the sort of figure that the Gers could ask for.
However, if other reported teams, such as Southampton, Brentford and Aston Villa, also enter the race, then a bigger fee for Aribo could perhaps be on the cards.
