There is a “strong possibility” that Rangers target Malik Tillman will be loaned out by Bayern Munich this summer, according to commentator Derek Rae.

The journalist follows German football closely and, while he says that Bayern are looking to send the 20-year-old out on a temporary basis, he makes it clear that there is no guarantee he will end up at Ibrox:

Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side are reportedly hoping to secure Tillman on a permanent deal, which doesn’t seem to be on the cards if Rae is to be believed.

However, it is said that the attacking midfielder is interested in a switch to Scotland so there is still a big chance that a move could be worked out, even if it is just a loan.

Tillman is thought to be one of the main alternatives to Angelo Fulgini. The Gers were hoping to sign the Frenchman from Angers but he has decided to join Mainz instead.
