Bundesliga Ace Is Keen On Rangers Switch As Van Bronckhorst Lines Up Bid

Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Malik Tillman is interested in making the move to Rangers, according to reports in the Scottish media.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side are believed to be lining up an offer for the American international as they step up their attempts to secure a replacement for Joe Aribo.

Angers’ Angelo Fulgini had been the Gers’ top target but, with the Frenchman having chosen to sign for Mainz instead, it looks as though Tillman has been identified as an alternative.

The 20-year-old made seven senior appearances for Bayern last season. He scored on his first-team debut in a 12-0 win over Bremer SV in the first round of the German cup last August.

Tillman went on to start his first league match in a 2-1 defeat to Borussia Monchengladbach in January, and he is clearly highly thought of at the Allianz Arena.

It is believed that Rangers are keen to snap him up on a permanent deal so it remains to be seen if Bayern would be open to the possibility.
