Rangers have all but confirmed that manager Steven Gerrard will make an appearance in Light Blue when Rangers and Liverpool legends play each other in a charity game on Saturday.
The Gers boss was originally only expected to play for the Reds but Rangers’ Official Twitter account announced the news this morning, whilst adding a cheeky reference to the Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy row:
8⃣ It's… Steven Gerrard.

With the international break in full swing, the legends match this weekend is a good way for supporters to spend the day. With all the proceeds going to the Rangers Charity Foundation and LFC Foundation, it is all going towards a worthy cause.
It will be great to see former players from both clubs putting on the jersey once again, as well as seeing Gerrard turning out for both sides.
