Rangers are still expected to make a move for Feyenoord forward Danilo if they do seal the signature of Cremonese’s Cyriel Dessers, according to the Daily Record.
The Light Blues have already had one bid knocked back for the 24-year-old but it appears they could well make another offer in the coming days and weeks.
Fans on Twitter are very happy to hear that the Gers’ are still keen on signing the Brazilian, who scored 14 goals for the Eredivisie champions last season:

Be interesting to see where they all fit in if they sign, can't see either of them or lammers coming to be back up or brighton sending sima up to be on the bench either

Beale is revitalising his attacking options
Despite the likes of Abdallah Sima, Sam Lammers and Dessers being brought in, it seems as if manager Michael Beale is still not satisfied with his options upfront.
The Gers certainly lost a lot of firepower when Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos left on free transfers at the end of May so rebuilding the attack was a key priority.
However, the sheer number of forwards coming in is certainly a surprise, especially if they do go after Danilo as well.
Rangers may have to up their offer significantly
If they are serious about landing Danilo, the Bears may need to increase their offer for the striker by a sizeable amount. Reports suggest that Feyenoord want as much as Β£7m.
Rangers’ first bid was said to be half that at Β£3.5m so there is a big difference between the two sides at the moment. We shall see if a compromise can be found.
