Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo got on the scoresheet as the Nigerian international made his first start for over two months in the 2-0 win over Livingston at the weekend.
The 24-year-old had been sidelined due to an ankle problem which he picked up in the middle of August but after two substitute appearances against Celtic and Standard Liege in recent weeks, manager Steven Gerrard named him in the eleven for the match on Sunday.
Supporters on Twitter are glad to see Aribo back in action for the Light Blues, who they believe can offer the team something different in the final third of the pitch:
He’s here and he’s just perfect ?

Along with Ianis Hagi and Ryan Kent, Aribo provides some much-needed creativity in what is ostensibly a squad built to be strong defensively. As well as scoring goals, Gerrard will hope the Nigerian can also provide some ammunition for the likes of Kemar Roofe, Jermain Defoe and Alfredo Morelos in the coming weeks.
