Rangers face a tricky trip to Dingwall tonight with Ross County having only lost once at home this season since being promoted from the Championship.

A 2-1 victory would probably satisfy Gerrard. After a comeback win versus Motherwell on Sunday, this is another stern test of the team’s character and defensive solidity.

So far this campaign, the Light Blues have coped pretty well on the road, having conceded just twice in their four matches away from Ibrox in the league. However, their last trip away to Hearts was not a particularly impressive display and Gerrard will be keen for a better performance this evening.
