Two Italian Giants Set Sights On Rangers Star After Man Of The Match Performance Against Celtic

AC Milan and Roma are keeping tabs on Rangers left-back Borna Barisic after his man of the match display against Celtic yesterday, according to Calciomercato.it.

The Italian website claim that Milan are seeking a replacement for Ricardo Rodriguez, with the Swiss international expected to be sold in the January transfer window.

Roma, meanwhile, are looking for someone who can deputise for Aleksandar Kolarov with the Serbian’s current contract expiring at the end of the season.

Barisic has been in excellent form this campaign, scoring two goals and providing 13 assists in 27 appearances for the Bears. There has been a big transformation in the Croatian’s game since he first arrived at the club.

He was in and out of the side during his first season at Ibrox but after establishing himself as a first-team regular earlier this campaign, the defender hasn’t looked back, missing just one game in the league since September.
