Rangers have agreed to sell right-back Nathan Patterson to Everton, subject to personal terms and a medical.

It is believed that the Gers will receive £12m upfront for the 20-year-old, with an additional £4m in add-ons, making it a club-record sale.

Patterson has been heavily linked with Everton since last summer, in addition to other clubs including Manchester United, but supporters will be disappointed that such a promising young talent has been let go.
