Rangers centre-back Filip Helander took some time to get into the side, but with two crucial goals in his last three matches for the Light Blues, he is already becoming a key figure.
The Swedish international scored the winner against Motherwell last week, and he backed that up with the opener just before half time in the League Cup semi-final win over Hearts on Sunday.
Supporters on Twitter have been praising Helander’s recent performances:
Got to say this guy just keeps impressing me every time he steps out for the famous ?❤

With the Swede getting serenaded with an Abba song, it’s clear that Rangers fans have already taken a shine to the 26-year-old.
Helander was an expensive purchase from Bologna in the summer with the Gers shelling out £3.5m on the centre-back, but the early evidence suggests it could be money well spent.
In his ten appearances for the club so far this campaign, Rangers have conceded just four goals and kept seven clean sheets in total.
