Rangers attacking midfielder Malik Tillman says he is pleased with how his loan spell is going at the Scottish club.
In an interview with a German media outlet, the American international did not commit himself to moving to the Light Blues on a permanent basis but he made it clear that he was enjoying his time at Ibrox.
While a few fans on Twitter believe he will return to Bayern this summer, most are hoping that he will remain with Gers:
Understandably Bayern is his first choice, however, sounds like we’re in with a shout if they don’t want him!

Rangers need to post an early interest to make this happen

I would hope that we are in dialogue with bayern about signing him and give them the first option on a buy back. That has worked for other clubs and surely bayern can't fail to see how he has progressed under Beale.

With each passing game it seems less and less likely he’ll be a Rangers player next season. I can see Bayern taking him back, playing him a few times and getting quadruple the money we’d pay for him…

Sounds like he’d be keen to stay, but maybe keeping his options open. If there is an option to make it permanent before the end of the season, I’d be looking at activating it right now.

I think he wants to stay but at the same time if Bayern say to him he is in their plans he is hardly gonna reject that
Should be fun

Hope everyone does the smart thing and Tillman stays at Rangers for a couple years, it will benefit everyone involved

It does seem like Tillman would be open to staying but there are some complications regarding the option to buy that the club have on the 20-year-old.
Reports suggest that Rangers may have to pay £5m to snap up the player but manager Michael Beale has already hinted that the Bears may end up back in talks with Bayern to renegotiate the price. That is likely to become more of a talking point the closer we get to the end of the season.
