Sky Sports Pundit Names The Dangerous Rangers Star Who Celtic Will Deem As A Major “Threat” Ahead Of Cup Final

Sky Sports pundit Andy Walker believes that Celtic will have identified Rangers forward Fashion Sakala as a key “threat” ahead of the Viaplay Cup Final later this month.

The Zambian international has been a thorn in the Old Firm rival’s side, having provided two assists in the 2-2 draw at Ibrox back in January, and Walker believes he could have a key role when the two sides meet at Hampden Park:

“Anyone with his pace will cause problems and will be spoke about in how to nullify that threat. I understand that his end product is sometimes not as productive as his pace and getting himself into good positions. But Celtic need to be wary of the threat he poses.”

Sakala has had a habit of saving his best performances for Old Firm derbies, having also scored the equaliser at Celtic Park in the league match between the two sides back in May.

Prior to that game, the 25-year-old provided a crucial assist for Carl Starfelt to put through his own net during the Scottish Cup semi-final tie last April.

It’s clear that Sakala thrives on the big occasion and manager Michael Beale would be wise to start him when they take on the Hoops on February 26th.
