REPORT: Rangers Won’t Turn Down £15m For Star They Expect To Leave This Summer

Rangers will likely accept a bid of £15m for striker Alfredo Morelos if an offer is made when the transfer window opens, according to the Football Insider.

It is far from certain that the Colombia international will leave but the website claims the Gers do expect the forward to be sold this summer.

Morelos was originally valued at £25m to £30m by the Scottish club but the global health crisis has had a serious impact on club finances.

It means the Bears are prepared to let the 23-year-old go for just half of his original valuation, although there are no teams currently who are ready to table an official proposal.

Morelos has been linked with numerous clubs over the past couple of years, with the likes of Crystal Palace, Aston Villa, Newcastle, West Ham and Leicester having been mentioned as potential destinations.

However, with the Premier League transfer window not expected to be open until August, there could be a long wait to find out what the future holds for the Colombian.
