REPORT: Morelos’s Exit From Rangers Could Depend On TWO Other Transfers Going Ahead

Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos’s move to Lille will depend on two other transfers going through, according to the Daily Record journalist Duncan Castles.

The Ligue One club have earmarked the Colombian international as a potential successor to Victor Osimhen, who is likely to make the move to Napoli this summer.

However, the Nigerian, who has also been linked with Liverpool and Manchester United, will only leave Lille if Napoli can find the €70m required to snap him up.

At the moment, the only way that is possible is if the Italian club manage to sell star defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

Manchester City are said to be leading the race for the 29-year-old but the Citizens are reportedly unwilling to meet Napoli’s asking price.

Were that to change, though, a domino effect could take place, which could eventually lead to Lille tabling an offer for Morelos. For the time being, though, Gers fans have nothing to worry about.
