The Scottish Premiership season looks to be done and dusted, but Rangers will be looking for a positive end to the campaign nonetheless – can they build momentum for next season with a win over Aberdeen?
Tom Lawrence, Nmandi Ofoborh, Malik Tillman, Steven Davis, Filip Helander and Kemar Roofe for their game against the Dons. Ryan Jack is also a doubt – he missed the Gers’ last game, when they were beaten by Celtic in the Scottish Cup semi-finals.
In that game, Rangers put forth a spirited effort, but were eventually felled by the Scottish Premiership league leaders. Jota scored the only goal of the game, owing much to a miscommunication at the back. It was a disappointing result for the Gers – their search for a win over the Celts continues.
Aberdeen’s last game was against, funnily enough, Rangers. It was a great performance by the Dons, as they outperformed a below-par Light Blues outfit. Liam Scales and Bojan Miovski both scored en route to a massive victory for the Dandies.
Rangers are currently second in the Scottish Premiership, 13 points behind Celtic. Aberdeen, meanwhile, are third – but they are also a whopping 26 points behind the Light Blues in the league table. Can the Gers get their revenge on Sunday afternoon?
