Rangers Tipped To Sell Star If Club Matches Their £7m Valuation

Napoli believe Rangers will sell left-back Borna Barisic if a club meets their €8m (£7m) asking price, according to reports in the Italian media.

The Serie A side are said to be looking at the Croatian international as a potential summer signing but only if their move for Olympiakos fullback Konstantinos Tsimikas falls through.

The 23-year-old is valued at €10m (£8.8m) by his club and it is believed that the Greek Super League side will only accept an offer if the full amount is paid upfront.

So far, Napoli have only offered €8m plus €2m in add-ons, and if negotiations do stall for Tskimikas, it is believed they could table a bid for Barisic instead.

The Croatian only signed a new contract at the end of January, and while the Gers will be desperate to keep him, the player’s agent has stated that the defender is open to a move in the summer.
