Rangers Handed Major Boost In Battle To Keep 23 Year Old Following 10M Bid

Rangers winger Ryan Kent’s representatives have told Leeds Director of Football Victor Orta that the player isn’t currently interested in moving back to England, according to Leeds Live.

The Whites have already had a £10m offer for the former Liverpool player rejected, and it now appears unlikely that they will make another bid considering they are aware of the midfielder’s intentions.

It will come as a tremendous boost to Gers boss Steven Gerrard who has been determined to keep Kent from the very beginning. The 23-year-old is a key first-team player and he has been in excellent form at the start of this season. The winger has scored three goals and contributed two assists in six league appearances for the Light Blues.

Gerrard will be looking for Kent to spearhead the club’s effort to win league title number 55 and prevent Old Firm rivals Celtic from winning ten in a row.
