Rangers And Dutch Giants Vying To Sign Belgian Teenage Prodigy On FREE Transfer

Rangers and PSV Eindhoven are the leading contenders to snap up Anderlecht defender Noah Sadiki, according to reports in the Belgian media.

The utility player is out of contract at the end of the season and both teams are expected to seize the opportunity to sign him on a free transfer.

Sadiki is only 18 but he has already made 16 senior appearances; 15 of which have come this season. Although he is ostensibly a fullback, the teenager has been deployed in several different positions since making his first-team debut.

In addition to playing as a right-back and left-back, he has had minutes at centre-half, as a holding midfield player as well as playing further up the pitch in central midfield.

Sadiki has been capped by Belgium at Under 20 level, and his potential has undoubtedly attracted the attention of Gers boss Michael Beale. We shall see if the Light Blues can get this deal over the line.
