Rangers Ace Touted For Bundesliga Move With Multiple Clubs Now “In Contact” About Summer Deal

Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has a number of Bundesliga teams pursuing his signature, according to FussballTransfers.com reporter Dominik Schneider.

The German journalist claims that, in addition to the likes of Fenerbahce and Sevilla, “numerous clubs” in Germany are also now “in contract” with the player about a free transfer this summer:

Morelos’s time at Ibrox does appear to be coming to an end after six years. Manager Michael Beale has strongly hinted that the Colombian international won’t be staying in Glasgow beyond the end of the season.

The fact that the forward was an unused substitute against Celtic at the weekend was another indication that he is set to leave, with Beale favouring split strikers in Fashion Sakala and Rabbi Matondo instead.

Who could replace Morelos as the Gers’ Number Nine?

There is no standout candidate at the moment, although West Brom’s Karlan Grant has been touted as a potential option. With Antonio Colak also set to be sold, there could well be more than one striker brought in by Beale in the coming weeks.
