New Report Reveals 5M Rated Rangers Target Is Expected To Make Transfer Decision ‘In The Coming Days’

Bologna winger Andreas Skov Olsen will decide on which club he will join on loan “in the coming days”, according to BolognaSportNews.it.

The Italian website says that Rangers have made an enquiry for the Danish international, but Sampdoria are also in contention for the player’s signature.

Olsen joined Bologna from FC Nordsjaelland in 2019 for €6m (£5m) but he has struggled to establish himself as a regular starter under manager Sinisa Mihajlovic.

With the 22-year-old needing game time, it was decided that he would be made available on loan, with the Gers among the leading candidates to secure his services.

Olsen is ostensibly a right-winger, which is a role that the club have had limited options in for a number of years, with both Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Steven Gerrard having utilised multiple players to fill the position during their spells in charge. We will likely find out soon whether Olsen opts to make the move to Ibrox.
