Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is back in training with his teammates but it appears that he may need a lot of fitness work to get him back in shape for the new season.
The Colombian international was in lockdown in his home country over the past few months, helping out with food parcels that his charity hands out, while his wife gave birth to a baby daughter as well.
It means Morelos has added a few pounds to his frame that he will want to shed; something that hasn’t gone unnoticed by fans on Twitter:

The 23-year-old does have a strong physique anyway so the Gers’ backroom staff won’t be too concerned about the apparent weight gain. With their first competitive game set to be against Bayer Leverkusen in early August, the forward will have the best part of six weeks of training and friendlies to get back to full match fitness.
