Latest Rangers Injury News: Updates On McGregor, Barker And Kent

Rangers assistant manager Gary McAllister has revealed that goalkeeper Allan McGregor is a doubt for the Light Blues’ Premiership clash against Ross County tomorrow night.

The 37-year-old fell awkwardly in the 2-1 win versus Motherwell on Sunday, and may not be fit enough to start in goal at Victoria Park. Wes Foderingham is in line to deputise in the veteran’s absence.

Brandon Barker could also miss the game. The summer signing has been plagued with injuries since his summer arrival from Manchester City, and despite starting at the weekend, he limped off before half time.

The only other fitness concern for the Gers is Ryan Kent. The winger started on the bench at Ibrox against Motherwell but he came on for the injured Barker and finished the game.

Even so, Rangers have been managing the 22-year-old’s fitness since his return from a hamstring problem, and it remains to be seen if he’ll play his third match in a week when they face Ross County.
