Rangers have confirmed that goalkeeper Robby McCrorie has joined Livingston on loan until the end of the season.
The Light Blues revealed the news earlier today, stating that they do have the option of recalling the 22-year-old in January if they need to do so.
Supporters on Twitter have backed McCrorie’s loan switch, with many hoping he gains the experience necessary in order to return next summer as major competition for Allan McGregor’s number one spot:

The move had been expected, especially after the Gers signed Jon McLaughlin from Sunderland, and it will be interesting to see how McCrorie does as a first-choice keeper at another top-flight team.
He did well during his spell at Livingston in the second half of last campaign but his time was cut short with the Lions due to the global health crisis.
McCrorie will, no doubt, want to show that he is ready to make the step up when the new campaign kicks off next month.
