Leeds United could yet make another offer for Rangers winger Ryan Kent before the transfer window closes on Monday, according to reports in England.
The Whites are believed to have prioritised the signing of Manchester United’s Daniel James but that move will only happen if the Red Devils snap up Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.
With that deal looking increasingly unlikely, the Welshman may well stay at Old Trafford leaving Leeds to look at potential alternatives. Kent is said to be their second option behind James so a last-minute approach from the English Premier League outfit is a growing possibility.
The Gers won’t make it easy for Leeds to get Kent, though, with Steven Gerrard’s side set to demand at least £15m for the former Liverpool player.
Kent has been in excellent form at the start of the season for the Light Blues and they would be extremely reluctant to let him leave.
