122 Goal Rangers Star Has Next Move Lined Up With Summer Exit Agreed

Rangers forward Alfredo Morelos has signed a pre-contract agreement with Sevilla, according to reports in the Spanish media.

The Colombian international’s current deal expires at the end of May and he has been able to formally talk with foreign clubs about a free transfer since the start of January.

Morelos has scored 122 goals during his five and a half years at Ibrox but he has struggled this season, and manager Michael Beale has benched him in favour of Antonio Colak in recent games.

Even so, if the 26-year-old does leave the Gers on a free, the club will still see it as a major setback. They have reportedly turned down offers in excess of £10m for the striker in the past but he may now depart for nothing.

It should be pointed out that no sources in Scotland have so far corroborated this story but, for now, it appears Morelos will be leaving for Spain this summer.
